Stanley Motta Limited hosts local Member of Parliament Julian Robinson on a Site Tour of New State-of-the-Art Development
Leading Jamaican property development company, Stanley Motta Limited welcomed Member of Parliament, Julian Robinson to its business and technology complex at 58 Half Way Tree Road to tour the site of their newest development.
The site visit took place provided Robinson with a first-hand look at the construction site and an opportunity to learn more about the project.
“We were honoured to host our MP Julian Robinson on our construction site and share the progress we have made on this very exciting project,” said Melanie Subratie, Chairman and CEO of Stanley Motta Limited.
“This visit was an opportunity for us to showcase our commitment to developing high quality, innovative properties that meet the needs of the BPO and wider business community while contributing to the economic growth of Jamaica.”
On completion, the building will be a 10-story edifice spanning 126,000 square feet, providing the complex with an additional 84,000 square feet of rentable space. The project is creating jobs during construction and will provide much-needed additional BPO and commercial space in the heart of Kingston.
“I am impressed by the progress that Stanley Motta Limited has made on this project,” said Robinson “Their commitment to quality and sustainability is evident in all aspects of the plans, and I am confident that this will be a valuable addition to the community here in St. Andrew South Eastern.”
This visit by Robinson is one example of the close collaboration between Stanley Motta Limited and key stakeholders in the Government and the private sector. The company is committed to working with a variety of stakeholders to execute projects that contribute to the economic development of Jamaica.
Construction of the state-of-the-art development is expected to be completed in December 2023, with the opening scheduled for April 2024. The project is already generating serious interest from potential tenants.
