Star Wars actor Paul Grant dies after collapsing outside train station

British actor Paul Grant, who appeared in the Star Wars and Harry Potter films, is dead. The actor died after collapsing at King’s Cross train station in London, last Thursday (March 16), just weeks after doing at interview at the same location.

Upon collapsing the 56-year-old actor was immediately rushed to the hospital where he was declared brain-dead.

He was pronounced dead at 3:49 a.m. on Monday (March 20) after spending four days in the hospital on life support. The cause of death has not been disclosed.

Fans and family members of the late actor paid tribute on social media, while expressing how devastated they were to hear the “very sad” news.

Grant is known for his roles as a ewok in Return of the Jedi and a goblin who worked at Gringotts Wizarding Bank in Diagon Alley in the 2001 film Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone.

The actor appeared as one of the Goblin Corps in the cult 1986 classic Labyrinth alongside David Bowie and Jennifer Connelly. Additionally, he also served as the stunt double in Labyrinth for Hoggle, who was performed by Shari Weiser and voiced by Brian Henson.

Paul Grant during his last interview in which he admitted to squandering most his money made from acting.

His other film credits include the popular 1985, Tom Cruise, film Legend, and the 1988 film Willow.

The actor was seen last month at King’s Cross Station doing a candid interview where he revealed that he had squandered most of his Star Wars money on alcohol, drugs and sex workers.

The interview was published on the Revelation 22:13 YouTube channel.
