Stewart’s Automotive co-hosts launch of GWM Tanks with CIBC Caribbean in Montego Bay

Stewart’s Automotive Group recently partnered with CIBC Caribbean in hosting the launch of the WM TANK 300 and GWM TANK 500 at the Fairview Shopping Centre in Montego Bay, ST James. 

The event brought together automotive enthusiasts and customers to celebrate the cutting-edge innovation and luxury resident in the design of the vehicles as attendees had the chance to get up close and personal with the remarkable features of the GWM TANK 300 and TANK 500.

The two top-of-the-line Chinese-produced SUVs blend bold design with modern automotive technology, thus setting a new standard for luxury and adventure, with superior performance.

Cheryl Grierson Bird, branch manager at CIBC Caribbean’s Fairview and St James Street branches, expressed her excitement to share hosting duties with Stewart’s.

“This event is not only a celebration of groundbreaking automotive engineering but also a reflection of our commitment to helping our clients achieve their ambitions. At CIBC Caribbean, we believe in turning dreams into reality,” she stated.

The event featured hands-on demonstrations and exciting giveaways, with CIBC Caribbean offering exclusive financial deals to those interested in purchasing the GWM TANK vehicles. Attendees were also introduced to the CIBC Caribbean Digital Loan Store, where they could secure auto loan financing in just ten minutes, providing a seamless path to owning one of the premium SUVs.

Titanya Clarke, brand sales manager for GWM Jamaica, was as enthusiastic as Grierson Bird to introduce the vehicles to the Jamaican market.

“GWM Jamaica, through Stewarts Automotive Group, considers it a privilege to provide Jamaicans with cutting-edge automotive technology in the form of the GWM TANK 300 and 500, where true adventure begins,” she remarked.

Clarke also highlighted the importance of partnering with CIBC Caribbean, noting that the collaboration is a strategic alignment with brands that share Stewart’s core values of innovation and excellent customer service.

“When the concept of bringing our vehicles to Montego Bay was formed, CIBC Caribbean was the first partner that came to mind, and we are thrilled to have made this a success with them and CPJ,” she stated

Hailing the launch as a “fantastic showcase of the GWM TANK 300 and TANK 500”, Bird recommended the vehicles for “embodying the future of luxury and adventure”.
