Tax Administration Jamaica (TAJ) has outlined that there will be a suspension of driver’s licence processing across all tax offices on Tuesday, October 21.

The suspension applies to new driver’s licences and renewals.

The disruption is due to delays encountered during a scheduled maintenance activity over the weekend.

TAJ says it expected that the activity would have been completed, tested and implemented on Monday, October 20.

However, TAJ announced that other services, including payment of taxes and other related motor vehicle transactions, remain available.
