Jerry Springer, popular TV host of the controversial self title TV series ‘Jerry Springer’ died today (April 26) at the age of 79.
A family spokesperson says Springer was battling a brief illness. Reports are that he was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer a few months ago, and this week he took a turn for the worse.
He died peacefully at his home in the Chicago area.
