St Catherine High School has issued an urgent notice for the early dismissal of students today, June 10, due to the taxi strike affecting transportation services across Spanish Town.

In a letter to parents, St Catherine High School Principal Marlon Campbell confirmed that classes will end at noon, and parents and guardians are requested to make the necessary arrangements for the timely collection of their children or wards.

School operations are expected to return to normal on Tuesday, June 11, 2024.

The announcement stems from the disruptions caused by the all-island transportation strike on Monday.
