The trial of the controversial Hip-Hop mogul Artist Sean “Diddy” Combs continued todaywith the defendant’s ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, once again being called forth to testify against her former lover.
Wednesday marks the second day in a row that Ventura has taken the stand, alleging that Combs forced her to undergo multiple bouts of psychological, emotional, and sexual abuse.

Sean Combs has continued to maintain his innocence against all charges, stating that any and all sexual activities were completely consensual. A major sticking point of the artist’s defence has been that while Combs’ actions may have been unusual, they were not illegal.
During her examination, Cassie Ventura repeatedly broke down into tears. As part of her testimony, she continued to explain in vivid detail the ‘Freak-offs’ that she was forced into participating in. These freak-offs involved multiple prostitutes and their supposed ‘audiences’ getting involved in drug-fueled, carnal sex orgies, which could last for several hours without any respite.

Ventura claims that on one occasion, she tried to refuse joining in the debauchery, the situation became violent. This is a reference to the now-publicised 2016 video taken at a Los Angeles hotel, which showed Combs kicking and dragging her in a hallway.
The trial is set to continue over the coming days. On Friday, Ventura is expected to return to court once more and be cross-examined by the defence.
