After more than a week of deliberations, the three men accused of killing 20-year-old rapper XXXTentacion during a 2018 robbery have been found guilty.

The men have been identified as Michael Boatwright, Dedrick Williams and Trayvon Newsome. They received the guilty verdict today (March 20) when they appeared in a Florida court.

All three men were charged with first-degree murder in connection with the death of the rapper and are facing possible life sentences.

A fourth man, Robert Allen, was also charged in connection with the murder last year. He pleaded guilty to second-degree murder.

The American rapper, whose real name was Jahseh Onfroy, was shot and killed in Florida in June 2018.

Reports from the local police in Florida are that XXXTentacion was leaving a motorsports dealership when two armed men approached him and opened fire. The rapper was shot and the suspects grabbed a bag containing USS$50,000 that the 20-year-old songwriter had withdrawn from a bank. The suspects then fled the scene in an SUV.
