

Three individuals have been taken into custody after allegedly assaulting and robbing rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine at a South Florida gym last week (March 21).
TMZ who first reported the story says, the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office released a statement on Thursday (March 30), announcing that Rafael Medina Jr., 43, Octavious Medina, 23, and Anthony Maldonado, 25, were being booked on suspicion of felony battery and robbery charges.
The incident occurred when the rapper, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez, was in a sauna at an LA Fitness south of West Palm Beach.

According to his lawyer, Lance Lazzaro, a group of individuals approached him and proceeded to beat him up, resulting in cuts and bruises to his face.
Employees reportedly heard the disturbance and the alleged assailants fled the scene, but deputies were alerted to the altercation and took the rapper to a nearby hospital.
The sheriff’s office stated that his injuries were non-life-threatening.
