Most parishes are expected to experience rainfall at various stages throughout the day and night. 

This morning, isolated showers and thunderstorms are expected across eastern and north-central parishes, partly cloudy elsewhere. This Afternoon, widely scattered showers and thunderstorms can be expected across sections of most parishes.

Lingering showers and thunderstorms are forecasted tonight, especially across sections of central and western parishes.

A tropical wave across Jamaica is expected to continue moving across the island and be west of the island by later today. A trough will then develop across the island. A low-level jet stream is projected to be in the vicinity of Jamaica on Tuesday and Wednesday. This will result in occasional windy conditions, especially near coastal areas. Another tropical wave is forecasted to move across Jamaica on Tuesday.
