Appetisers include: Baked Stuffed Crab Back, Lobster Bisque and Pecan Cranberry Salad with Main Course Selections: Coconut-Crusted Fish, Surf & Turf Pork Chops, Australian Baby Lamb Rack, Parmesan-Crusted Tarragon Cornish Hen. Pumpkin Cheesecake and Fried Churros round out the deserts.
