An international trailer overturned and caught fire on the northbound lane of North-South Highway on Tuesday (June 6).

According to reports, a man and a woman sustained injuries and were rushed to the hospital.

Reports are that the incident occurred around 2 a.m. Tuesday morning.

The police are advising motorists to use alternative routes of Lydford Toll or Chalky Hill until the northbound lane is cleared.
