TransJamaican Highway Limited, operator of Jamaica’s toll roads, is reporting the sudden resignation of one of its directors.

The company has advised that John ‘Mitchie’ Bell has resigned as a director from the Board of Directors effective December 3, 2021.

In an advisory to the Jamaica Stock Exchange, where it is listed, TransJamaican said it values the contribution of Bell on the Board and its Audit Committee during his tenure.

The company wished Bell every success in his future endeavours.
