Managed IT services provider tTech Limited has appointed Marsha Bucknor as its company secretary, effective January 8.

She replaces Gillian Murray, who resigned on January 7.

The company, in a statement, advised that Murray resigned to pursue other opportunities, with management added it is “immensely grateful for all the contributions that she has made during the last 10 years with tTech, and we wish Gillian the very best as she pursues new endeavours.”

Bucknor, the incoming company secretary, is a member of tTech’s executive management team as the sales and marketing manager.

She holds a BSc. in general management from the University of the West Indies, and an MBA in marketing from the University of Technology.
