Jamaican Dancehall artiste Shenseea.

Jamaican dancehall singjay Shenseea has taken the term “blessed” to a whole new level and we couldn’t be happier for her.

Clearly determined to make 2021 her year, the Sure Sure singer has and continues to engage in a series of moves that will no doubt secure her place as an international artiste and maybe even a household name.

Most recent in the moves is an announcement via her Instagram Stories on Monday (July 12) that she will be performing at the Rolling Loud music festival set to hit Miami by storm come July 23 – 25.

The artiste’s welcome addition to an already well-rounded lineup means that she will join the likes of other international artistes set to perform such as A$AP Rocky, 21 Savage, City Girls, and Moneybagg Yo, to name a few.

The festival promises to be an affair that patrons won’t want to miss, with tickets to the event already being sold out.

The Lighter singer’s announcement that she will be performing at the festival came hours after she shared with her ShenYengz that she had received a new manager, a Lebanese-Canadian industry executive named Wassim ‘Sal’ Slaiby.

Sal is the co-founder of the XO Record label and the CEO and founder of the Salxco Management Firm – the home of top artistes Doja Cat, Ty Dolla $ign and French Montana.

Speaking to the new partnership, Shenseea stated: “I’m happy to have one with such dynamic character on my team! We’re about to unfold a new chapter! More hard work, more determination but with the same God.” 🙏🏽

Since the start of her musical journey, five years ago, Shenseea has moved full-speed ahead, making very clear where it is she wants her career to go.

As the dancehall singer “unfolds a new chapter” however, it is unclear what the move means for Romeich Major, Shenseea’s first manager and longtime friend.

At the time of publication, no official comment from the Romeich Entertainment CEO had been made regarding Shenseea’s new management arrangement.
