Anti-feminist, MGTOW maverick Andrew Tate is in hot water again for matters surrounding sexual assault.

This time, his girlfriend Brianna Stern claims he violently choked her during a sexual encounter at the Beverley Hills Hotel.

Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan took a break from their trial ordeal for sexual abuse and battery in Romania and earlier this month flew to the United States, spending some time in Florida. They are now back in Romania, where they have been under house arrest for a year and a half.

Stern filed a lawsuit against Andrew Tate, her boyfriend who she met last year for sexual assault. She says Tate began choking her while they were having sex but it got too rough and although she begged him to stop, he kept going. The more she struggled, the more violent he got.

She insists she still loves him despite him telling her after the rough encounter, “ Shut the [expletive deleted] up b—ch. You will never talk back to me. You are my property.”

A model, Stern said she first met Andrew Tate while trying to learn about cryptocurrency and eventually they began to spend time together.

She has revealed a text message from Tate which reads: “ I want to beat the [expletive deleted] out of you.”

Another read: ‘You will give me a child this year b—ch…What’s the point in having you if I don’t beat and impregnate you.’

These messages are yet to be authenticated.

Tate has yet to respond to Stern’s claims

Andrew Tate has made a fortune monetising his brand and can often be seen espousing his views on masculinity on social media platforms.

Some describe him as ‘King of the Incels’ (men who are involuntarily celibate).  The former kickboxer has millions of social media followers and is a hero to a generation of disillusioned and feckless young men.

In 2023, Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan were indicted on charges of sex trafficking and rape in Romania. The UK has issued warrants for their arrest tied to allegations of sexual aggression.

Father Timothy Warren of Whitechapel, London said: “Andrew Tate is the poster child of why society is failing and immorality is winning. How can a morally bankrupt individual who sells courses on how to subjugate women be a hero to millions of men across the world. This is how far we have fallen. Tate’s influence is a danger that must be arrested.”

“His girlfriend has now gone to the police with claims of sexual assault and battery. He faces similar charges in Romania. This new lawsuit follows a pattern.”

Tate’s attorney Joseph McBride said Tate denies all the allegations made by Stern.

“This is a money grab. This is the weaponisation of the court system against an innocent man,” declared McBride.

Stern is represented by Tony Buzbee, the same attorney who represented a young lady who accused Jay-Z of sexual assault. That case was thrown out. 

Stern said: “ I considered many times just silently leaving Andrew and saying nothing because I was scared and because it was honestly hard to accept that I was being abused. But I can now see that doing so would be the cowardly approach.”

Andrew Tate and Brianna Stern are no longer in a dating relationship. She did add that before the alleged assault her boyfriend was hanging out with rapper Kanye West.
