VM Investments Limited (VMIL) in a notice on the Jamaica Stock Exchange’s website advised that its 7th annual general meeting (AGM) will will be held on Thursday, July 11, 2024 starting at 3 pm.

The AGM was postponed due to the impact of Hurricane Beryl, which made landfall on Wednesday, July 3, 2024.

The investment house said that shareholders have been provided with unique credentials to access the private user platform and participate in the meeting.
