Vybz Kartel’s latest liquor venture Str8 Vybz rum has officially hit the market.

This is the Ramping Shop artiste’s second rum release following his 2008 debut with Street Vybz Rum, which was later discontinued.

So far, Kartel has disclosed the names of the three Str8 Vybz which include Fever, Unstoppable and Electric, and Ramping Shop all names paying homage to three of his hit songs released while behind bars.

Electric is a white rum, while Fever is a white overproof rum, Ramping Shop is marketed as an ‘enhanced rum’ and Unstoppable is the only dark rum in the liquor line-up.

Electric, Fever and Ramping Shop’s alcohol strength sits at a modest 40 per cent, while Unstoppable sits at 63 per cent. All bottles are available in 700ml, with no flask sizes yet announced.

Str8 Vybz is now available at Caribbean Producers Group, Montego Bay and Kingston, Bourton Paradise Liquor, Portmore and Fresh Start Wholesale Liquor & Juices in Kingston.
