Walkerswood Caribbean Foods and CB Chicken have joined forces to support the upcoming Walkerswood Community Festival on Sunday (July 28) at the Walkerswood Community Centre in St. Ann.

The event will feature the grand climax of their second annual Full of Flavour, Full of Vibes supermarket promotions. It will bring the community together, showcase the culinary skills of one of Jamaica’s hardworking farming communities, and raise funds for the renovation of the community’s entertainment center.

Nicole Hall, commercial marketing manager at CB Foods, says she is eagerly anticipating the upcoming Walkerswood Community Festival.

“Walkerswood Community Festival will take place on Sunday, July 28th from 10am – 10pm at The Community Centre which is located on a hill across from Walkerswood Caribbean Foods Office. Entry is FREE and there will be a Kiddies Village with rides and face painting along with performances by local community performers. PAN Chicken will be on sale and an exciting Cook-Off will take place. CB Chicken is committed to supporting small businesses who play a big part in changing the way Jamaicans eat through local and fresh ingredients. Along with Walkerwood, we’ll be giving people a taste of real Jamaican flavour,” Hall said.
