
Today (July 16), The Governor of the State of Maryland, Wes Moore will be conferred with an Honorary Doctorate by the University of the Commonwealth Caribbean in Kingston.
Wes More, the first black Governor in Maryland’s 246-year history is the third African American elected Governor in the history of the United States.
While in Jamaica, he sat down with Al Edwards of Our Today and talked about how he is very proud of his Jamaican roots, how it informs everything he does, and how he operates.
