Developer and CEO of TCF Holdings Kevin Frith on Tuesday officially launched the Sun Coast Beach Club at a ceremony where Prime Minister Andrew Holness was the special guest speaker.

Frith acquired 91 acres of land to develop into this fabulous project in St Thomas during the COVID-19 pandemic. He managed to get it back on track and has begun the first phase.

Sun Coast Beach Club is a J$35-billion project consisting of 396 residential units including two-bedroom,1,850 square feet duplexes and townhouses. Phase two will consist of villas and three-bedroom townhouses.

There will be many amenities including tennis courts, football fields, basketball courts and walking trails.

A 15,000-square-foot shopping area will also form part of Sun Coast Beach Club.
