After over 15 years, Bandai Namco has revealed that a new entry to the Budokai Tenkaichi series is currently in development. It was the highlight moment of the Dragon Ball Games Battle Hour 2023 event yesterday (March 5).

The trailer started with old footage straight from Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3, before immediately switching art styles and having Goku power up not to a Super Saiyan state, but his Super Saiyan Blue form instead.
