Located at 2 Mall Plaza, Constant Spring Road, the company, while still celebrating its fifth anniversary of operating in Jamaica, has officially opened its fifth location in Kingston and St Andrew (KSA) and ninth on the island. The other KSA four locations are at the AC Hotel, Waterloo Road, Liguanea, and New Kingston.

Roxanne Rose, regional director for Starbucks, shared with Our Today Starbucks’ vision for the new location.

‘We want our customer experience to be more than buy and sell, we want them to enjoy the true Starbucks experience,” said Rose.

“When you hear Starbucks, you think coffee, but the truth and fact is its about the people. When you walk into the store, we want to cater to how you feel from the moment you enter the door to the time of leaving,” she continued.

Caribbean Coffee Traders Limited, parent company for Starbucks Jamaica, also operates in Barbados, The Cayman Islands, Turks and Caicos, and Panama.
