Universal Pictures has released the second movie trailer for award-winning director Christoper Nolan’s summer biopic Oppenheimer today (May 8).
The film tells the story of Physicist J Robert Oppenheimer and the team of scientists he worked with during the works the Manhattan Project, leading to the development of the atomic bomb in the 1940s.
The film will star Peaky Blinders’ Cillian Murphy as the titular Julius Robert Oppenheimer, alongside cast members, Robert Downey Jr, Matt Damon, Rami Malek, Emily Blunt and The Boys’Jack Quaid among others.
