In an exciting union of music and fashion, dancehall artiste Popcaan has teamed up with footwear brand Clarks to introduce a fresh take on the beloved Wallabee shoe.
The announcement of the partnership was made in a post on Instagram that saw the artiste at the centre of a captivating Clarks advertisement, immersing viewers in a journey from Kingston to the heart of Somerset, England, where Clarks originated.
Throughout the video, Popcaan experiences difficulties finding the Clarks headquarters, seeking assistance from sheep and a waitress at the Abbey Tea Rooms & Restaurant. He eventually finds the warehouse and signs off on the design for the shoe, shipping some to Jamaica.
The new design features a red and black camouflage print with his signature ‘Unruly’ slang printed throughout the pattern. It will be available on November 10 at selected Jamaican retailers, including Signature Style, Trevor’s Clothing, Accessories and Collectibles, Fashion Express, and Cann’s Originals.
This collaboration will also be available via Clarks UK, US, EU, Japan, and China, and in our London, Manchester, Osaka, Tokyo, and Beijing stores.
