WATCH | Portmore has to become its own parish, says PM Holness

Prime Minister Andrew outlined his government’s plan as to why Portmore should be the 15th parish as he urged residents of the municipality to elect a JLP mayor and councillors. 

He was speaking at a church service at the Gregory Park Baptist Church on Sunday morning.
