WATCH | Productive Business Solutions lists preference shares on the JSE

Documents and information technology (IT) company Productive Business Solutions (PBS)  recently listed its preference shares on the Jamaica Stock Exchange.

PBS Chairman Paul Scott, during his presentation at the listing ceremony, noted that PBS operates in 19 countries with 2,200 IT professionals working on interesting and incredible projects.

He also noted that PBS was humbled to see the confidence that investors have shown in the company.

On offer, starting August 12, were one million perpetual cumulative redeemable fixed rate preference shares at 9.25 per cent and 150,000 perpetual cumulative redeemable 10.5 per cent fixed rate Jamaican dollar at a price of US$10 per share and J$1,000 per share respectively.

The offer, which was oversubscribed, closed on September 9.
