Speaking yesterday at the post-Cabinet press briefing at Jamaica House, Minister of Information Robert Morgan and Justice Minister Delroy Chuck blasted the Integrity Commission claiming it threatened those who did not sign the code of conduct and failed to provide the training it promised.
