Cricket West Indies is preparing to put the Men in Maroon through their paces with a 10-day high-performance camp in Antigua from May 21st  to 3st  as the team gears up for a busy run of One Day International cricket.

The training camp, set for the Coolidge Cricket Ground, will act as the starting point for the upcoming ODI series against Sri Lanka in Jamaica while also laying the groundwork for the team’s plans in the format over the next year and a half.

Players will take part in full day sessions focused on sharpening batting, bowling, fielding, tactical awareness, fitness, and match preparation. Match simulations and team-building activities are also expected to play a major role as the squad looks to build stronger chemistry on and off the field.

The players will work closely with Cricket West Indies’ high-performance staff, including experts in coaching, sports science, medical support, and strength and conditioning.

Head Coach Daren Sammy will oversee the programme alongside his support staff, while newly appointed fast bowling consultant Ottis Gibson is set to officially begin his role during the camp.
