Cricket West Indies has named its squad for the T20 International series against Australia, running from March 19th –23rd at Arnos Vale Cricket Ground in St Vincent and the Grenadines.

The Maroon Warriors are keeping the same lineup as they prepare to challenge the world’s top-ranked side.

The series is a key warm-up ahead of the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup in the United Kingdom later this year, giving the West Indies a chance to measure themselves against one of cricket’s most powerful teams. The clash comes on the heels of a competitive home series against Sri Lanka, where the Caribbean side bounced back from a 2–1 ODI defeat with a stunning six-wicket victory in the final match, powered by captain Hayley Matthews’ brilliant century.

The squad combines seasoned campaigners with rising stars. Veterans Stafanie Taylor, Deandra Dottin, and Matthews bring experience and firepower, while wicketkeeper/batter Shemaine Campbelle edges closer to her 150th T20 International cap. Eboni Brathwaite, 17, and Jahzara Claxton, 19, add fresh energy as the team looks to challenge Australia’s dominance and build momentum in a pivotal year for white-ball cricket. After the T20 series, the action shifts to Warner Park in St Kitts and Nevis for a three-match ODI showdown.
