The Woman Ignite Success Summit (WISS) will mark a major milestone when it stages its fifth edition on Saturday, January 31, at The Jamaica Pegasus Hotel.

Now firmly established as one of Jamaica’s leading purpose-driven platforms for women, WISS 2026 will bring together women in leadership, business, faith, wellness and personal development under the theme ‘ELEVATE’. The theme focuses on growth, leadership, purpose and achieving next-level impact.

The Summit is hosted by the Woman Ignite Foundation and will be moderated by media personality and communicator Dr Terri-Karelle Reid.

Organisers say the 2026 staging will feature an inspiring lineup of invited speakers and influential voices, including Apostle Stephanie Okafor, Apostle Mary Wildish and Brittainy Noel, alongside other respected leaders shaping conversations both locally and internationally.

Since its launch, WISS has grown into a space for empowerment, strategic thinking and personal transformation, with each staging building on the last in scale and impact.

The organisers say the fifth staging reflects the Summit’s continued growth and its commitment to equipping women with tools to lead with confidence and purpose.
