Marking its fifth staging in 2026, the Woman Ignite Success Summit (WISS)—the flagship empowerment experience of the Woman Ignite Foundation (WIF)—will return on January 31 to the Jamaica Pegasus Hotel in New Kingston.

Themed ‘Elevate’, the summit issues a national call for women across Jamaica and the diaspora to rise above fear, limitation, trauma, and stagnation and boldly step into purpose, leadership, mental wellness, wholeness, and spiritual alignment.

Over the past four years, WISS has evolved into one of the Caribbean’s most transformational gatherings  for women—combining faith, strategy, mentorship, mental health, wealth-building, and practical tools for  holistic success.

At the November 27 media launch, founder Keneshia Nooks Blake heralded the 2026 summit as a defining moment.

“ELEVATE is not just a theme; it is God’s instruction for this season. God is calling His daughters higher—higher in mindset, higher in faith, higher in purpose, higher in stewardship, higher in influence. Even in the middle of national crisis, elevation is still God’s command.”

Reflecting on her own obedience when God instructed her to build the summit during the pandemic, she added: “When God said ‘Woman… Ignite,’ I was fearful. I had never done anything like this before. But God didn’t ask me for perfection—He asked me for obedience. I stepped forward in faith, and I did not look back. The same God who carried us through a pandemic is the same God who will carry us through Hurricane Melissa.”

Designed for transformation and real impact

WISS 2026 will bring together 10 dynamic speakers from Jamaica, the United States, and across the Caribbean—global thinkers, pastors, therapists, strategists, entrepreneurs, and prophetic leaders who will lead women through a full day of elevation in faith, finances, mental health, business, relationships, leadership, and personal development.

Speakers include: Apostle Stephanie Ike-Okafor, Apostle Mary Wildish, pastor Charlene Reid, pastor Sara Cowan, Brittainy Noel, prophetess Sarah Smith, Shani McGraham-Shirley and Kemesha Kelly.

Attendees can expect workshops, worship encounters, coaching, counselling sessions, panels, and live demonstrations—each designed to inspire, equip, and elevate.

“Brick by brick”: A national rebuilding initiative

In response to the devastation caused by Hurricane Melissa, the Woman Ignite Foundation has intensified outreach to women and families islandwide. For 2026, proceeds from WISS will directly support rebuilding efforts for single mothers across the five most affected parishes.

Announcing the initiative at the launch, WIF advisory board member Tammara Glaves-Hucey shared: “Hurricane Melissa left deep emotional, economic, and structural scars on our nation. Today, we officially launch the Woman Ignite ‘Brick by Brick’ Rebuild Initiative—our commitment to support at least five single mothers in the five most affected parishes to rebuild their homes. This is not just disaster relief; it is restoration, dignity, and nation-building—one woman, one family, one household at a time.”

WIF is also inviting attendees to contribute non-perishables, baby items, toiletries, or clothing to support affected women directly.

A growing global movement

Since its inception in 2022, WISS has welcomed nearly 50 speakers, built an international community of almost 3,000 women, and grown into a multi-country movement impacting women across Jamaica, the US, Canada, Europe, and the Caribbean. Participants consistently testify to breakthroughs emotionally, professionally, spiritually, relationally, and financially.

Nooks Blake emphasised: “Every year, we meet women who arrive broken, discouraged, or unsure—and they leave renewed, refocused, and ready. Women are rising here. Women are elevating here.”
