The 2024 staging of the Woman Ignite Success Summit (WISS) is poised to be the pinnacle event for women seeking inspiration, empowerment, and personal growth on International Women’s weekend this year.

Scheduled for March 8 to 9, at the Jamaica Pegasus Hotel in New Kingston, the summit is crafted to offer a transformative experience for women across various spheres of society.

The two-day event which was officially launched earlier in February, is themed ‘ACCELERATE’, and is designed to empower participants in the areas of business, career, entrepreneurship, finance and wealth, marriage, mental and spiritual wellness.

Previously held in January, the event has strategically shifted its place on the Gregorian calendar, a move to empower and celebrate women across the world.

WISS founder and ONEGROUP CEO, Keneshia Nooks Blake explains: “The decision to shift Woman Ignite Success Summit 2024 from the start of the year to International Women’s Weekend stems from a strategic vision to amplify our national impact,”

“By aligning with this global celebration, we aim to extend the reach of our event, emphasizing the importance of holistic empowerment for women not only locally but on an international scale. WISS2024 re-establishes its original commitment to serve a community of women and girls aged 18-65 years. Our mission is still very clear: we want to provide a platform for personal and professional development within a community of like-minded women,” she continued.

Now in its third staging, the Woman Ignite Success Summit features a stellar line-up of international women that will headline this year’s event.

The roster includes US-based YouVersion chief content and partnerships officer and entrepreneur, Nona Jones; business coach and consultant, Dr Latanya Moore, preacher and business leader, Pastor Sara Conner; communication pathologist and mental health expert, Dr Caroline Leaf; marriage and sex therapist, Bishop Dr Carla Dunbar; Prophet Shambraé Gamble, the lone male presenter senior pastor and motivational speaker Apostle Courtney McLean, among others.

Each speaker brings a wealth of experience and expertise to delve into a diverse array of topics, ranging from navigating the journey to finding purpose, mental wellness and wise financing to growing from pain, trauma, and divorce.

The summit will also explore overcoming generational strongholds, using past failures to catapult into destiny, and achieving next-level leadership. One of the unique aspects of #WISS2024 is the emphasis on networking. The summit provides a conducive environment for women to connect with like-minded individuals, industry leaders, and potential mentors.

WISS co-founder, Kady-Ann Wint, said, “Woman Ignite Success Summit 2024 is not just an event; it’s a movement. It’s a powerful convergence of women from diverse backgrounds, coming together to ignite dreams, break barriers, and script stories of triumph.”

“Our purpose is clear – to foster a transformative experience that transcends boundaries, celebrates achievements, and empowers women across every facet of their lives. This is especially important for our legacy project [the W.A.R -women at risk-Initiative] which seeks to handhold at least 25 women across various communities over a 12-months period,” Wint added.

The Woman Ignite Success Summit 2023 is orchestrated by the Woman Ignite Foundation, with generous support provided by ONEGROUP, Caledonia Advertising, Digital Video Concepts, Visual Tech Solutions

I also get cysts every month, so now I have to live on hormonal birth control to stop my cycles to prevent them from coming. The pain would be too much to handle, so I won’t chance coming off the pills, so I still haven’t tried having kids. I am deeply afraid of the excruciating pain.”
