Almost a year after launching its Yaadie Bee air freshener on the market, Yaad Way Development and Trading Company is marking another milestone with the signing of an island-wide distribution contract with Miracle Corporation.
Yaad Way Development recently inked the partnership with Miracle Corporation, a leading distributor in the Jamaica’s auto care and lubricant sector, to “take the fast-growing Yaadie Bee air freshener line to even greater heights”. According to the companies, the logistics and distribution agreement is a game-changer as it will unlock market growth opportunities for the Yaadie Bee brand that has already secured customers.
Launched in July 2024 by Dr Donnell Martin, Yaadie Bee has secured a market presence among Jamaican consumers with its eight unique fragrances for every space—from homes to offices and cars. Under this new partnership, Miracle Corporation will, through its robust network of over 600 retail locations including service stations, pharmacies, supermarkets and wholesales, distribute Yaadie Bee products island-wide.

For Dr Martin, founder and managing director of Yaad Way, “This partnership with Miracle Corporation is more than a step—it’s a giant leap toward achieving our mission of displacing imports by offering high-quality, affordable, Jamaican-made alternatives.”
The global air freshener market is on a growth trajectory with a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 6.68 per cent and projected to reach US$22.92 billion by 2029. Yaad Way has its sights on capturing market share locally and regionally by offering high-quality, affordable, and proudly Caribbean solutions that rival international competitors.
The company is even more excited about making a mark in the home care and hygiene industry, an often-overlooked area, with its import substitution. Traditionally, Jamaica’s manufacturing industry has focused on agro-processing—sauces, baked goods, and beverages. Yaad Way is forging a new path by disrupting the non-traditional manufacturing space with air fresheners, a product category often dominated by foreign brands.
In the coming weeks, the company plans to expand into the auto-care market with the launch of new products such as degreasers.
Dr. Donnell Martin, a Doctor of Pharmacy awardee, is the driving force behind Yaad Way’s bold entrepreneurial vision. What began as a digital marketing agency has since evolved into a thriving manufacturing enterprise. Considered a serial entrepreneur, Dr Martin continues to pursue growth opportunities by extending Yaad Way’s reach into packaging supply services for MSMEs and offering private-label formulation for businesses seeking high-quality, locally developed products.
With Miracle Corporation as its logistics partner, Yaad Way is now primed for local growth and to break into Caribbean export markets.
