YEA success summit to tackle business, digital technology and AI

The Young Entrepreneur Association of Jamaica (YEA) is set to bring digital technology and artificial intelligence (AI) centrestage at their annual success summit, which will take place on November 12 at the Jamaica Conference Centre. 

The event, themed ‘A New DAI: Digital Technology and Artificial Intelligence – Keys to Building Better Businesses,’ will be forward thinking, showcasing diverse presenters and topics around shaping the future of business through digital technology and artificial intelligence .

YEA president Cordell Williams-Graham underscores the significance of the ‘A New Dai,’ event theme, stating, “In today’s business world, embracing digital technology and artificial intelligence isn’t an option; it’s a necessity. Our event is designed to equip entrepreneurs with the knowledge, strategies, and inspiration they need to thrive in this rapidly changing environment. We’re bringing together industry leaders and visionaries to provide insights that are essential for staying competitive and innovative.”

The event will feature an outstanding lineup of speakers, including: Larren Peart, CEO of Blue Dot Media, Tishauna Mullings, founder of NexxStep Lifelong Educational Services and Jermain McDonald, CEO of Learn, Grow, Invest. These distinguished speakers will share their invaluable insights, experiences, and strategies that have propelled their businesses to success.

 The event will also encompass contributions from leading companies operating within and supporting the digital business landscape, including the Development Bank of Jamaica (DBJ). In addition to this, patrons can expect a ‘WOWBAE’ (women operating web-based enterprises) segment which features the remarkable achievements and inspiring narratives of women entrepreneurs who have thrived in the digital domain.

Cordell Williams reaffirms YEA’s unwavering commitment to aiding business owners in their growth journey.
