Young District Constable killed in West Kingston

A District Constable of the Jamaica Constabulary Force was shot and killed by unknown assailants along Berwick Road and Darling Street on Sunday (May 7).

The 33-year-old police officer was identified as Jarrett, assigned to the Darling Street Police Station.

According to recent reports, constable Jarrett was dropping off a female sometime after 3:00 am Sunday morning when he was attacked by unknown assailants.

The Jamaica Constabulary Force is condemning the brutal killing of the police officer.
