100 pounds of ganja seized in Hanover

The Green Island police in Hanover seized 100 pounds of ganga during an early morning operation today (Wednesday).

Reports are that the officials were conducting an operation at about 1:30am when they spotted two men. The men took off when they saw the officers approaching and escaped.

A nearby structure was searched, resulting in the seizure of about 100 pounds of ganja and two parcels of seeds.

No arrests were made.
