Jamaican university student housing developer and operator, 138 Student Living Jamaica (138SL) has changed its registrar and transfer agent.

The company, which is listed on the Jamaica Stock Exchange (JSE), has replaced PricewaterhouseCoopers with Sagicor Corporate Trust Services as its registrar and transfer agent.

The change took effect on January 1, 2023.

The company confirmed the change in a regulatory filing with the JSE but gave no information on the reason for the change.

138SL engages in the construction and lease of living facilities for students at the University of the West Indies, Mona campus.

The company was founded on August 15, 2014 and is headquartered in Kingston.
