Stefan Miller is the Chief Executive Officer of Supreme Ventures Gaming, where he leads with a mix of discipline, energy and a clear sense of purpose. While his professional path has taken him into leadership in gaming and entertainment, the person behind the title is equally defined by fitness, music, travel and a passion for opening doors for others. His story is one of focus, flexibility and a career that took a turn from an early ambition in engineering to a life built around accounting, leadership and impact.

1.        I am a fitness enthusiast — my day must start in the gym each morning. Fitness is a non-negotiable part of my routine because it helps me stay disciplined, focused and ready for whatever the day brings. Starting my mornings in the gym gives me a sense of structure and energy, and it’s one of the ways I keep myself grounded both mentally and physically.

2.        I am a lifelong WWE wrestling fanatic. The Rock has been my idol since I was a young boy.WWE is something I grew up loving and never outgrew. The Rock, in particular, has always stood out to me because of his confidence, charisma and ability to connect with people, qualities I’ve long admired.

3.        I’m a trip monster — I always want to be going on a trip. I love travelling, whether it’s overseas or just taking a break right here in Jamaica at an all-inclusive resort. Travel gives me a chance to recharge, experience new environments and enjoy life outside of the daily routine, which is something I value deeply.

4.        I enjoy old-school music, and my playlists are strictly old school, mainly reggae and dancehall. Music is one of the things that helps shape my mood and mindset, and I have a strong appreciation for the classics. Reggae and dancehall in particular keep me connected to culture, rhythm and the kind of sound that never loses its relevance.

5.        I have a passion for paying it forward and opening doors for others, especially young talent. One of the things that matters most to me is using my position to help others move forward. I believe in creating opportunities, encouraging growth and supporting young people who have the ability and drive to succeed, because I know how much difference that kind of support can make.
