Jamaica is the toast of the Caribbean, as the island walked away with several awards at the just concluded 2021 Travvy Awards
The awards ceremony was held last Thursday (November 11) with a spectacular gala in Miami Beach saw destination Jamaica walking away top winner in four categories, whilst copping two awards in the silver category.
Winners of the prestigious Travvy Award will be showcased in Agent@Home Magazine and profiled on TravelPulse.com.

Jamaica’s tourism officials are excited at the destination’s performance in this year’s 2021 Travvy Awards, which is now in its seventh year and have quickly earned their reputation as the ‘Academy Awards’ of the travel industry.
The Travvys recognize the top suppliers, destinations, technology providers and attractions, as selected by those who know them best – travel agents.
Last year, more than 130,000 votes were cast in more than 140 categories by travel agent readers of Agent@Home and TravelPulse.com
Awardees were honoured at the lavish awards gala, where the industry’s leading travel suppliers, destinations and travel agencies were recognized for their outstanding efforts over the course of a year that was heavily impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Over 90,000 votes were cast by travel advisors, which led to some category results being with an insignificant difference of each other. In these instances, ties were awarded to the suppliers.
