As Jamaican singer Shenseea continues to climb the ranks to international stardom, she isn’t allowing her newfound fame to get the better of her humble roots.

Always vocal about her journey from promo girl to international singjay, Shenseea, who after six years in the industry has now released her debut album, is ensuring that all members of her ‘Alpha’ team, who have stood by her side since the beginning, are rewarded.

In a video shared to her Instagram account last evening (March 28), the Good Comfort singer was seen gifting her “day one’s”, long-time manager Romeich Major, DJ Blackboi, and producer Slyda Di Wizard with brand new Rolex watches.

Clad in a short blue and white romper, Shenseea in the video post enters the room where her team is comfortably seated, stating, “I got gifts,” before laying red-bagged boxes in front of each person.

The men immediately open the gifts as they look on with excitement and disbelief. They all laugh and Blackboi is heard saying “B@%$oCxxt Rolex!”, to which Wizard, now sporting his watch, states “Shen-Deliers (a play on the word chandeliers)” as he comments on the flashy piece.

Captioning the post, the Sheng Yeng Anthem hitmaker wrote: “I am grateful for the team I have. They literally do anything I ask without complaint, look out for me, learned me, lift my spirit when I’m down, ride for me from the start.”

She added: “I remember when we had to do free shows over and OVER again to promote my brand. THANK YOU! Your loyalty is never unnoticed. When I’m up my team is UP! My day one’s @romeichentertainment @slydadiwizard @djblackboi_1 #ALPHA.”
