The REALTORS® Association of Jamaica (RAJ) announced it will honour Mark Kerr-Jarrett, managing director of Barnett Limited, with the prestigious Outstanding Real Estate Investor Award at the upcoming President’s Ball & Awards Ceremony 2024. 

This special recognition celebrates Kerr-Jarrett’s contributions to the real estate industry and his role in shaping the development of Montego Bay.

His leadership in property development, particularly his visionary work on the Barnett Tech Park and the Montego Bay South Master Plan, has made an indelible impact on the city’s growth. His projects have not only bolstered Montego Bay’s infrastructure but also created significant employment opportunities, further empowering the region’s economic development.

“Mark Kerr-Jarrett embodies the values of innovation, leadership, and community impact that the RAJ holds dear. His contributions to the development of Montego Bay reflect a vision for growth that aligns with our mission to advance Jamaica’s real estate industry as a driver of national development,” RAJ President Newton Johnson commented on the association’s decision to honour Kerr-Jarrett.

“We are proud to celebrate his remarkable achievements, which mirror the dedication of our members to building a prosperous future for the country,” he added.

The special award to Kerr-Jarrett will be presented at the RAJ’s President’s Ball & Awards Ceremony, which will take place on September 26, 2024, at the AC Hotel Kingston, where Edmund Bartlett, minister of tourism, will deliver the keynote address.

In addition to the Outstanding Real Estate Investor honour, the ceremony will distribute other key awards to the top real estate performers, including Top Producer (North & South Coast Chapters), Top Rookie, and Top Agency, and the REALTORS® Care Community Service Award, among others.
