Phoenix Park Village Association in Portmore, St Catherine first clients of PropMan

Jamaican financial services conglomerate VM Group has formally launched its innovative Property and Community Management Solution dubbed, PropMan.

PropMan is a ground-breaking digital property and community management tool developed by the innovations subsidiary of the VM Group, VM Innovations. It was developed for VM Property Services Limited, which is the property management subsidiary of the VM Group.

It’s an innovative full-service digital property management tool designed to make it easy for property owners to manage their homes and investments. Today’s (June 14) virtual launch launch officially marked the Phoenix Park Village Association in Portmore, St Catherine as the first clients of PropMan.

The more than 1,900-unit housing development is set to benefit from PropMan’s full suite of digital property management tools, launching the platform as a game-changer for property owners, strata managers and residents.
