NCB Jamaica Limited (NCB) has announced that twenty of its branches will reopen on Monday (November 3), as part of its ongoing recovery efforts following the impact of Hurricane Melissa.

The branches that will reopen are Christiana, Constant Spring, Duke Street, Fairview, Half-Way Tree, Junction, Linstead, Mandeville, Matilda’s Corner, May Pen, Morant Bay, New Kingston, Ocho Rios, Old Harbour, Port Antonio, Portmore, Constant Spring, St Ann’s Bay, St Jago Shopping Centre, and University.

Corporate Area and St Catherine branches will operate from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm, while rural branches will open from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Assessments remain ongoing across the bank’s network, and additional branches will reopen on a phased basis once connectivity and stability are fully restored.

“Recovery is a process, and our teams have been working tirelessly to get our branches ready to serve customers safely,” said Bruce Bowen, chief executive officer of NCB. “We know how much Jamaicans rely on us, especially at times like these, and we’re committed to being there as the country rebuilds.”

Customers of Jamaica’s largest domestic bank can continue to access their accounts through NCB online banking, the NCB mobile app, and ABMs located at branch locations, where service is available.

NCB extended gratitude to its team members, customers, and partners for their patience and understanding during the recovery period. The Bank remains committed to supporting the nation as it rebuilds and recovers from Hurricane Melissa.
