The menu featured standout appetisers like crispy polenta cakes with ham canapé, crusted shrimp skewers with sorrel-ginger chutney, and mini spicy salami pizzas, followed by show-stopping entrées including lamb rack with pistachio crust, duck ‘n’ waffle sandwiches, and whole deboned snapper with charred tomato and capers. A live dessert station completed the feast, offering a selection of sweet treats crafted by the chef.
