At a time when the region is celebrating Female Founders Month and Mother’s Month, Vision to Velocity 2026 has emerged as a powerful reminder that Caribbean women are not only building businesses—they are building legacy.

The leadership conference brought together over 100 Caribbean entrepreneurs, professionals, and emerging leaders for a transformative experience centred on public relations, marketing, branding, monetisation, and self-leadership—with a strong and visible presence of female founders leading from the front.

In a region where many entrepreneurs are navigating burnout, uncertainty, and misinformation, Vision to Velocity created a space for clarity, strategy, and execution—grounded in real-world experience from Caribbean business leaders who are actively building and scaling.

This was not a theory. This was Caribbean leadership in action.

Attendees were challenged to rethink their businesses, elevate their visibility, and step into leadership with intention. Many left the room transformed, clearer, more confident, and ready to operate at a higher level within both regional and global markets.

Founder Shelly-Ann Aqui Solomon shared:
“This is about leadership and legacy. As Caribbean women, as mothers, as founders, we are shaping more than businesses; we are shaping the future. When we step into that fully, everything changes.”

A defining moment of the conference was the recognition of the Positioned to Propel Success Academy graduates, entrepreneurs who have committed to structured growth and are now equipped to scale and lead with intention. Their journey reflects what is possible when Caribbean founders are given the tools and environment to thrive.

Equally powerful was the Next Generation Initiative, which introduced young women ages 17–25 to high-level business conversations, mentorship, and leadership environments. In a fitting tribute to the spirit of Mother’s Month, the initiative highlighted the importance of guidance, generational impact, and building pathways for the next wave of Caribbean female entrepreneurs.

Vision to Velocity spotlights its sponsors, who showed up in full support, driving the elevation, visibility, and growth of Caribbean entrepreneurs across the region.

As the Caribbean continues to evolve, one message rang clear:

Caribbean women are not waiting for opportunity; they are leading, building, and creating legacy for generations to come.
