Multiple charges have been laid against former Vice President of Group Marketing at Sagicor Group, Alysia Moulton White, in relation to a multimillion-dollar fraud case.
Among the charges listed were conspiracy to defraud, unlawfully making available data or device for the commission of an offence, engaging in a transaction that involved a criminal offence and receiving stolen property.
The police Fraud Squad confirmed the charge to Our Today.
Moulton White joins a list of two other employees, inclusive of her sister, Tricia Moulton, who were caught and charged for the fraud scheme in October of this year.
It is reported that her attorney, Bert Samuels said he was shocked by the allegations against his client and is adamant that Moulton White will prove her innocence.
In a statement in November, Sagicor had announced the financial institution was parting ways with Moulton White as it sought to achieve greater efficiency.
