At last trading on December 23, 2022, ABV Investments stocks closed at BD$0.15 with just over 20,000 units exchanging hands.

ABV Investments, previously Almond Resorts Inc, has run afoul with non-compliance issues, which is being tied to the reasons for the delisting.

The company is engaged in offering all-inclusive resort destinations in Barbados and in St Lucia. It owns three resorts: Almond Beach Club and Spa, Almond Beach Village and Almond Casuarina Beach Resort.
