Acropolis gaming lounge located in Barbican, Kingston is back, better and revitalised.
At the relaunch ceremony last night, the redux gaming emporium was unveiled and it is vastly improved.
Owned and operated by Supreme Ventures, Acropolis will yet again be a major entertainment hotspot in the city.
Ribbiz has moved out and this will now be a total gaming lounge.
The revamp came in at a cost of $250 million. The aim is to make Acropolis the number one gaming lounge in Kingston
Acropolis will be headed by Christel Derizzio, Supreme Ventures’ AVP of Gaming Operations.
Speaking at the launch event, Supreme Ventures Executive Chairman Gary Peart said: “ This investment wasn’t just about installing new gaming machines – this was about curating the ultimate entertainment experience for our guests. Starting from the entrance to the gaming floor, to the bar, you can see that we did a total overhaul of the space. The Acropolis Gaming Lounge is now comparable to any of the best gaming lounges in the world.
“Our benchmark is international so our team didn’t just sit in Kingston and make these changes without doing the research. They went to Las Vegas to attend the best gaming shows, to see what’s happening in the world of entertainment. Out of that visit, we hand-picked over 40 state-of-the-art gaming machines that we knew our Jamaica players would love.”
