“Her track record in driving transformation at major financial institutions, combined with her deep understanding of Caribbean business and regulation, makes her uniquely qualified to lead this next phase. “I’m honoured to lead Amber Group’s Caribbean operations at such a pivotal moment, said Nicole Brown, Group Managing Director, Caribbean. “This is about more than business expansion—it’s about demonstrating that world-class innovation can be led from Jamaica. My focus will be on building exceptional teams, deploying technology that delivers real value to our clients across all business lines, and ensuring that ourgrowth translates into meaningful impact for Caribbean communities. Amber Group has the vision, resources and has built something extraordinary; my job is to ensure we execute with precision and purpose,” said Nicole Brown, Group Managing Director, Caribbean.

Brown’s immediate priorities include strengthening governance frameworks across Amber Group’s Caribbean operations, enhancing client experiences, expanding the company’s footprint in key markets including the recently announced Guyana operations, and ensuring that growth initiatives contribute to broader societal development across the region.
